Student ID Card Information

A UT ID Card is a photo Identification card that is associated with your Utah Tech Digital ID Number (D#). The UT ID card is a base fee on all new student accounts that cannot be removed. We encourage all incoming freshmen and transfer students to get a UT ID Card. This card comes with a wide range of benefits that are useful around campus. If you are a current student, you are not required to renew your ID Card, they are good for four years. Current students will not be charged to your school fees for another ID Card after your first semester. However, If you need to replace your ID card for some reason (i.e. lost, stolen, etc.), it will cost $20 to print a new one, and deactivate the previous card.

Concurrent enrollment students are high school students that are or will be attending classes at Utah Tech, they are not considered full time students. Because of this, these students will receive a $10 unchipped card which will be paid for out of pocket. This card will act as their identification as well as a way to get into the testing center.
