Online Ordering Information

Store Pick-Up Orders

  • Order pickup is located in the textbook department on the second floor of the Gardner Center.
  • Please bring your email confirmation and have your order number ready.
  • Orders usually take 24 hours to process unless notified via text that the order is ready for pick up.

Abandoned Orders

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the order in a timely manner. Any pickup orders left in the pickup area for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned.
  • Abandoned orders will be returned to stock or disposed of at the store's discretion and will not be refunded.
  • Email and other communication methods may be used to notify customers of orders ready for pickup but these methods are not 100% reliable and it remains the customer's responsibility to pick up the order in a timely manner.

Shipping Orders

  • We utilize FedEx Home Delivery for our shipping purposes.
  • Estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as inclement weather and other factors may cause delays.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or to international destinations may have shipping fees more expensive than the estimate generated by our website. We will contact the customer in these situations before shipping the order out.
  • International shipments may be subject to duties and/or taxes due upon delivery and will have non-standard shipping times.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. While we make every attempt to ship an order on the day we receive it, we do ask that you allow for at least 1 business day for order processing. Orders placed after 10am will go out with the following business day's shipments. Please take this into consideration when placing your order and selecting your shipping method.

Where Is My Order?

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number within one business day of order fulfillment.
  • Once an order departs from our facility we have no control over the delivery time, due to inclement weather or the fault of the carrier.
  • Any issues regarding the delivery of your package must be disputed through FedEx.com.
